HOW TO USE
ecoONE
If you have made the ‘plunge’ to purchase a new hot tub or simply decided to get rid of the “chemical soup” in your old spa, you want to get started as quickly as possible. This page is a quick start guide. Please FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY in order to maximize the benefits of ecoONE.

It is necessary to follow these steps for both new AND old Spas.

- Take out Spa filter from filter compartment.

- Add the bottle 'Spa Cleanser' to your existing water and turn on all jets, pump(s) and air controls as many times a day as possible. You can use your hot tub during this purging process for up to a month. When the water gets cloudy and has some 'organic' smell to it, let it flush for another 48 hours or so without using your tub.

- Drain your hot tub water and clean your shell with  Shell Cleaner or vinegar and water; mix and rinse thoroughly. Never use an abrasive cleaning product on your shell.

- Clean your vinyl cover with ecoONEVinyl Top Conditioner & Restorer. Make sure you reach between creases and stitching.

- Refill your hot tub with ecoONEPre-Filter (read instructions first) and let water warm to 30 C minimum. Balance your water:

- pH 7.2 to 8.2
- Alkalinity: 70 to 120
- Hardness (Calcium) 200 to 400 ppm

- Add the bottle 'Spa Monthly' with jets running. Clean your hot tub filter thoroughly and sprinkle 1 cap of ecoONEFilter Booster onto filter or into filter compartment. Place filter back into filter compartment.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE

- Every two to four weeks (depending on use) clean filter and check cover for mould. Remove if necessary with ecoONEVinyl Cleaner.
- Once a month add one bottle of 'Spa Monthly'.

IMPORTANT

AFTER EACH USE OF YOUR HOT TUB ADD 1/2 TO 2 TEASPOONS OF SANITIZER (CHLORINE OR BROMINE), DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR HOT TUB.
YOU CAN ALSO USE A FLOATING DISPENSER. REDUCE OPENING TO 1 PPM OR LESS. MEASURE THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL THE NEXT DAY. IT SHOULD BE BETWEEN 0.6 PPM AND 1 PPM! DO NOT OVERCHLORINATE!
